Organized his militia in early 1775, probably around March. Late 1775, his location started being called the Lower District (aka Dutch Fork). Apparently POW at the Fall of Charleston. Imprisoned at the Provost Building, then in the Old Post Office. British ordered him out of Charleston on 4/28/1782. aka Robert Stark.
